FREE SHIPPING for all orders over KD 50 that ship within the State of Kuwait. All orders below KD 50 will be charged a flat rate in accordance with their area.

All in stock items are normally shipped the same day after your order is received, but we specify 24 hours of processing time to allow for busy periods. Please allow an appropriate amount of time for delivery after shipping based upon the method you select.

Shipping Info

Q8Vapor.com offers delivery within the State of Kuwait via ground shipping within 24 hours, we also offer rush delivery same day for orders placed before 18:00 for a rate of KD 5. Please specify any special delivery instructions at checkout in the "add a note to your order..." section or e-mail customercare@Q8Vapor.com. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses and so Standard should be selected for these types of addresses.

If for some reason one or more of the items you have requested is out of stock, we will refund the cost of the item to you. If an out of stock item comprises a significant percentage of your order, we will contact you first to determine if you would still like to proceed.

Return Policy

Q8Vapor.com is committed to making sure our guests are completely satisfied with their purchase. We have a simple return policy to make your shopping experience convenient and comfortable. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of your order date with your original packing slip.

We are not able to accept blind returns. Please contact us before mailing your returns by e-mailing customercare@Q8Vapor.com. Below are our guidelines for all returns:

  1. Q8Vapor.com can only accept returns of merchandise purchased from our website. Products purchased at another retail outlet will not be accepted.
  2. All unused, unopened merchandise in original packaging returned within 30 days of receipt with a valid Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be credited 100% of purchase price excluding shipping and handling charges. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees and we will not reimburse for original shipping.
  3. Any product with a quality defect or incorrect merchandise can be returned for a full refund. Please contact us within 1 week or receipt of your order to resolve the issue.
  4. All closeout or seasonal merchandise is final sale and is not returnable.
  5. All returns made outside of the 30 day policy without authorization may be charged up to a 25% restocking fee. It is the discretion of our returns department.
  6. Items returned that are torn, dirty or outside the original packaging will be up to the discretion of our returns department. We may not be able to process an exchange or refund for returned goods or guest may be charged up to a 50% restocking fee.
  7. Electronic devices – including anything that is sold as part of the same pack, for example, accessories, atomizers & cartomizers and mods. In addition, we cannot refund or replace items that are not in their original condition and packaging. Lastly, we cannot refund or replace items that were sealed and require their hygienic levels be intact from the manufacturer.

In your return, please make sure to include a copy of your invoice slip. If you do not have a copy of your invoice slip, please include the order number or a legible telephone number and/or email address at which we can reach you in case we have any additional questions.

Q8Vapor.com reserves the right to refuse any returns upon final review if all above guidelines have not been met.
